As part of the larger Building exhibition, temporary sculptures will be created utilizing various common building supplies. Plywood, aggregate, 2 x 4s, i-beams, scaffolding, tarps, vapour barrier, concrete block, nails,  and other materials will be employed. Each sculpture will be planned and executed in maquette form and those plans and models will be used to create the real life scale versions using the actual materials. The plans will also be displayed as part of the overall Building exhibition. The artist will be present within the gallery during the shows run and over a consecutive two week series of 8 hours days will construct each sculpture inside the exhibition space in real time. The process of making each sculpture and the final sculptural pieces will be filmed and photographed before they are dismantled at the end of the show’s run.
